Brompton Technology showcases new LED processing innovations and celebrates 10th anniversary at LDI show
United States of America – Brompton Technology, the industry leader in LED video processing solutions, will demonstrate its latest tools at LDI, the conference and trade show for live events professionals, being held November 18-20 in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center . Brompton will be exhibiting at booth #1005, showcasing its proven Tessera LED processors and the latest version of its companion Tessera software, working together to harness better visual performance from LED panels while providing creative freedom for users.
Brompton is known throughout the live events industry for its pioneering LED processing technology, robust and reliable performance and exceptional service. Tessera Software v3.4, released last month, introduces new features including Extended Bit Depth and Stacking to boost both LED panel performance and production efficiency. The enhanced bit depth unlocks up to 3.3 additional bits of precision, providing two to three stops of additional dynamic range on camera and reducing visual artifacts. Stacking streamlines production by allowing multiple processors in a setup to be controlled together in unison, rather than requiring users to make adjustments to each processor individually.
Also, Brompton’s 10th anniversary coincides with LDI. The company is celebrating ten years of Perfect Performance on Saturday 19 November from 4:30pm to 6:00pm in the LDI Circle Bar. Brompton’s stand will also feature key exhibits to mark company milestones including the first-ever M2 LED processor, serial number 001001, shipped to video equipment rental company VER (now PRG) on November 19, 2012. This particular M2 processor was first used in the 2013 broadcast of Super Bowl XLVII and is still a working processor in PRG’s rental inventory today, a testament to the longevity and reliability of Brompton products.
“With live events back in full swing, we’re really looking forward to engaging with our customers, users and the wider industry at LDI this month to showcase Brompton’s latest Tessera features, which will be available on all sorts of From the worldwide concert tours of major artists to the virtual production of popular films and television series,” said Sean Sheridan, regional technical manager (Americas) at Brompton Technology. “We’re also looking forward to celebrating our 10th anniversary during the show and looking ahead to the future.”
