College football schedule, games 2022: what to watch in week 10, TV channels, Saturday kick-off times

The first weekend of November brings us massive conference matchups, including two SEC rivalries that could determine the winners of each division.

No. 1 Tennessee will travel to Athens, Georgia to take on No. 3 Georgia in a clash of unbeaten powerhouses attempting to score a head-to-head tiebreak over the loser as we battle it out in the SEC East race go on the route. The Volunteers are 8.5-point underdogs despite being the highest-ranked team in the College Football Playoff 1st Ladder.

No. 10 LSU will host sixth-ranked Alabama in Death Valley, which is usually the SEC’s game of the year. Both teams dropped a conference game so this could serve as a de facto eliminator in the race for victory at SEC West.

It’s going to be a busy Saturday across the country, so here’s a handy viewer’s guide to help you navigate the action. All times Easter.

The best games

Texas Tech at No. 7 TCU – Noon on Fox, fuboTV (Try it for free): The undefeated Horned Frogs found themselves up the first CFP rankings behind one-loss Alabama, which is struggling to hold its own in Fort Worth, Texas. They’ve been one of the most intriguing teams in the country based on their ability to get up week in and week out, even if that involves digging big holes early in games.

#1 Tennessee in #3 Georgia — 3:30 p.m. on CBS,, CBS Sports App: How many of you have named this game the biggest SEC game of the year? Put your hand down…no, you didn’t. But here we are. The Volunteers will look to further solidify themselves as a national threat, while the reigning National Champion Bulldogs will no doubt use the drop to No. 3 in the CFP rankings as motivation. Buckle up. The SEC on CBS Game of the Week will be a must-watch on TV.

#6 Alabama at #10 LSU — 7 p.m. on ESPN, fuboTV (Try it for free): The Crimson Tide were very undisciplined this year, which could become a problem in Death Valley at night. If this becomes a quarterbacks battle, Tide star Bryce Young will have an edge over Tigers veteran Jayden Daniels. This is a huge opportunity for LSU freshman coach Brian Kelly to make his mark on the rest of the college football world.

No. 24 Texas at No. 13 Kansas State — 7 p.m. on FS1, fuboTV (Try it for free): The Wildcats have opened up about the status of starting quarterback Adrian Martinez, who could play a role in this Big 12 showdown. The Longhorns can’t afford another conference loss if they want to reach the Big 12 Championship Game — something coach Steve Sarkisian said was his main goal as a sophomore.

No. 4 Clemson at Notre Dame – 7:30 p.m. on NBC, fuboTV (Try it for free): The Tigers are undefeated, but their offense has been somewhat inconsistent…which is a big reason why they’re viewed outside of the “Big Three” in college football. Meanwhile, the Fighting Irish could use a win in Marcus Freeman’s first year at the helm.

No. 21 Wake Forest at No. 22 NC State — 8 p.m. on ACC Network, fuboTV (Try it for free): This sneaky ACC game between ranked opponents could turn out to be one of the most entertaining games of the day. The Demon Deacons’ offense has been deadly for years but turned into a sales machine in a loss to Louisville last week. The Wolf Pack’s defense has been solid for most of the season and could continue Wake Forest’s downturn.
