Donald Trump faces sharp attacks from Rupert Murdoch’s news agencies

NEW YORK – Former President Donald Trump has taken a few hits after the midterm elections, but perhaps the most unkind of cuts have come from a source that was once among his biggest supporters – magnate Rupert Murdoch’s media empire.

The front page of the New York Post on Thursday featured Trump’s face above a drawing of a boy from a well-known children’s song. The caption: “Trumpty Dumpty.”

“Don (who couldn’t build a wall) had a big fall – can all the men in the GOP rebuild the party?” the paper wrote.
