Fremantle is partnering with AMPLE Entertainment on After the Fyre

Having already started with the main photography, after the fire will accompany McFarland on his reemergence into the outside world after serving four years of his six-year sentence. The film follows the disgraced entrepreneur as he embarks on his next business venture and attempts to repay the $26 million he still owes after scandalously killing investors, partners and attendees at the promised but botched luxury music event that took place in 2017 has cheated.

The company develops and produces a number of top-notch films and series, including the upcoming natural history film Kangaroo Valley (Netflix), recurring series Heartland Murder (Discovery+) and several unannounced series featuring Roku, Discovery+, History and more.

after the fire is the latest premium documentary to be announced by Fremantle as the global producer continues to build its name in the genre with a slew of high-end programmes. Recently announced titles include Planetary sex with Cara Delevingne (Naked), Mrs America (Fremantle, Anonymous Content, Spinning Nancy) and kingdom of dreams (Inappropriate).
