INSPIRE Entertainment Resort Selects Agilysys for Property Management (PMS) and Point-of-Sale (POS) Synthesis and Ability to Enhance Guest Experiences at Landmark Property in South Korea

Multiple Agilysys software systems on a single cloud-based platform will deliver operational efficiencies and superior guest experiences in what will soon be the largest resort entertainment complex in South Korea

ALPHARETTA, Ga. & INCHEON, South Korea, November 08, 2022–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Agilysys, Inc. (NASDAQ: AGYS), a leading global provider of hospitality software solutions that deliver high return hospitality, today announced a significant addition to its Asia Pacific customer portfolio: Mohegan INSPIRE Entertainment Resort (“Mohegan INSPIRE”), which when completed will be the largest hotel-retail-entertainment complex in South Korea. Agilysys will deliver multiple hospitality systems for the property, including its core property management (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) systems. The deal marks important advances for Agilysys in the Asia-Pacific region, including its first casino property and large-scale PMS implementation in South Korea.

Expected to open in 2023 as a $5 billion entertainment resort with a total area of ​​more than 500,000 square meters, Mohegan INSPIRE is located one hour outside of Seoul and within the IBC development area of ​​Incheon International Airport, a major hub Northeast Asia. Upon completion, the complex will feature a three-tower luxury hotel with more than 1,300 five- and six-star guest rooms, more than 20,000 square meters of luxury retail space, more than 20 dining concepts, a 20,000-square-meter casino, and the largest entertainment arena in South Korea.
