Philadelphia Sports fans deserve a championship

The thrill of victory and the agony of defeat, that was the story for Philadelphia Sports fans on Thursday night! The Phillies and Eagles have given their fans plenty to cheer about this fall and what a run we’ve had. Supporters have been recognized by national sports media as a key factor in their teams’ success and as a true home advantage. The Diehard Philadelphia fan “lives and dies” with every snap and every pitch, which is why they can be so critical when things don’t go well, but their passion for their teams always shines through. Philadelphia sports fans are loyal, they’re a special breed, and when the players work hard and give it their all, the Philly fan appreciates the effort.

When our teams win, there’s nothing quite like it, and being at Lincoln Financial Field and Citizens Bank Park is an unparalleled experience, especially when we’re winning. On Thursday night, fans had a unique experience as the Eagles played the Houston Texans at Thursday Night Football while the Phillies played the Houston Astros in Game 5 of the World Series. What a dilemma!?! Many fans watched the games at local bars while others watched at home with multiple TVs and devices, and some had to train their trigger fingers with the back and forth of removal. How cool was it to see so many Philadelphia sports fans flooding the stadium in Houston on Thursday Night Football! They deserve a championship for their dedication and recognition as the best fan base in esports! The Eagles won in Houston and went 8-0 undefeated, the first time they had done so in team history, but the Phillies lost, returning to Houston in the best-of-seven streak with three losses to two.
