Tencent Music Entertainment Group Holds Annual General Meeting and Class Reunion on December 30, 2022

SHENZHEN, China, November 22, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Tencent Music Entertainment Group (“TME” or the “Company”) (NYSE: TME and HKEX: 1698), the leading online music and audio entertainment platform in Chinaannounced today that it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) to be held on April 10, 2019th Floor, 3A Chater Road, Center, Hong Kong on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 9:55 (Beijing/Hong Kong time) (or shortly after the Class A Assembly and the Class B Assembly, both defined below) to consider each of the proposed resolutions as defined and set forth in and as appropriate is deemed to adopt the invitation to the general meeting (the “GM Announcement”).
