VALLEY FORGE, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE). At the date of the agreement, this company, operating as AvantiGas ON, was supplying natural gas to approximately 13,000 Business Meter Points on the UK gas network.
Beth Reid, Vice President – Growth & Transformation, UGI International said: “In connection with UGI’s strategic review of its European energy marketing business, we were pleased to enter into an agreement to divest our natural gas marketing operations in the UK. The strategic review of the remaining energy distribution businesses in France, Belgium and the Netherlands is ongoing.
